Job Description

  • Leads the full cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer for the assigned positions open in the United States and Canada including screening, interviewing, testing, presenting offers and running reference/background checks
  • Develops job advertisements and recruitment materials
  • Posts and maintains advertisements on career websites and other media platforms
  • Sources potential candidates via job boards, resume databases and social media
  • Utilizes referral channels to identify qualified candidates
  • Liaises with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements, candidate profiles and full cycle recruitment process
  • Screens resumes and credentials for appropriate skills and experience in relation to position requirements
  • Organizes and schedules interviews, conducts and reports on first stage interviews of candidates for various level positions
  • Develops candidate pipelines for open and future opportunities within PSI and maintains an effective talent pool
  • Maintains a database of applicants and interview outcomes using the applicant tracking system
  • Establishes ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand the position requirements, business and recruitment needs
  • Advises hiring managers on industry talent acquisition trends and job market
  • Develops awareness of PSI business and functional areas to target and hire the best talent
  • Acts as a point of contract for job candidates, promotes PSI employer brand and ensures positive candidate experience during the hiring process
  • Provides progress and analytical recruiting reports on the open positions to the hiring manager, and Training & Resourcing
  • Determines the effectiveness and implements improvement of current recruiting processes and methods for their assigned positions

Qualifications

  • At least 1.5 years of talent sourcing and recruiting experience
  • Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech industry recruiting experience is a plus
  • Experience with usage of the applicant tracking systems, resume databases, social media for recruitment, or/and candidate management systems
  • Knowledge of interview techniques and sourcing methods
  • Knowledge of employment law and general human resources practices
