Job Description

Main Duties:

• 📋 Lead the planning, production and management of project schedules across complex programmes.
• ⏱️ Coordinate work packages, track progress against milestones and manage resource planning.
• 🤝 Oversee and review sub-contractor programmes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
• 📢 Engage with stakeholders to report on progress, risks, opportunities and project changes.
• 📝 Support bid and proposal activities through manhour estimating and project planning input.
• 📊 Produce clear project reporting, including critical path analysis and performance metrics for senior leadership. 

Qualifications

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 🖥️ Intermediate-level Primavera P6 experience (essential).
• 📈 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• 🚀 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• 💬 Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present project progress and key risks.
• 🔍 Strong attention to detail with the confidence to challenge and review contractor submissions.🎯

Desirable Experience:

• 📑 Proven experience planning projects under NEC4 contracts (particularly Option A & Option C).
• 🏗️ Background in major infrastructure design and build projects.
• ⚛️ Experience within the Nuclear or Defence sectors is highly desirable.

Security clearance:
