• Maintain the high standards our customers expect — fast, friendly, accurate, every time
• Manage daily operations with confidence: scheduling, training, inventory, food costs, and more
• Keep the store running at top speed, even during peak rushes
• Create a positive, growth-minded culture where everyone feels supported and seen
