Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our operations at our Florissant, United States location (12317 Old Halls Ferry). In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving organizational success through strategic planning, operational excellence, and team development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong decision-making capabilities, financial acumen, and the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve organizational objectives.

• Oversee all operational aspects of the location, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and drive business growth and profitability
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability to ensure fiscal responsibility
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by establishing service standards and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Represent the organization professionally in community engagement and stakeholder communications
• Implement and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company protocols
• Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities to expand market presence and revenue streams
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development initiatives for team members

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving organizational performance
• Strong financial management skills, including budget development, P&L analysis, and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence others
• Strategic thinking and visionary leadership capabilities
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of relevant industry practices and operational standards
• Ability to make decisive decisions and take accountability for outcomes
• Proficiency with business management software and data analysis tools
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Preferred: Experience in a similar industry or business sector
• Preferred: Background in staff recruitment, training, and development
• Preferred: Experience with process improvement and operational optimization initiatives
