Delivery Driver

We're looking for a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team at our Ellisville, United States location (345 Clarkson Rd). In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism. You will be the face of our organization, and your attention to detail and customer-focused approach will be essential to our success.

• Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Plan and execute optimal delivery routes to ensure timely package delivery to customers
• Load, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights with care
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify maintenance issues
• Provide professional and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related concerns
• Navigate using GPS and delivery management systems to locate addresses and optimize routes
• Meet daily and weekly delivery targets while maintaining quality standards
• Report vehicle issues, accidents, or safety concerns to management immediately
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven commercial driving experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds regularly
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic delivery management software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of vehicle safety and maintenance procedures
• Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines
• Physical capability to perform repetitive lifting and walking throughout the day
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing route conditions
