Job Description

We're looking for a Body Shop Estimator to join our collision repair team and help keep our customers' trucks and trailers on the road. As a Body Shop Estimator, you'll assess damaged trucks and trailers, determine the parts and repairs needed, and prepare accurate estimates - working directly with customers, insurance appraisers, and adjusters to keep every job moving.

Shift Available:

• This position will work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

What You'll Do:

• Produce accurate, timely estimates, including on-site and after-hours when needed, and resolve any discrepancies with insurance appraisals before work begins
• Determine required parts and look up availability and pricing, coordinating with the Parts department to keep estimates moving
• Follow jobs from start to finish, including reviewing final billing and capturing before-and-after photos
• Engage existing customers to build additional business and develop new revenue streams
• Communicate supplements to customers and insurance representatives promptly to keep claims moving
• Liaise with insurance adjusters and wrecker operators to make the process easy for customers
• Proactively update customers throughout the repair process
• Collaborate with the Shop Foreman to keep workflow on track
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow company, insurance, and OEM policies
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a body shop environment; heavy-duty collision repair experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
• Solid technical skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
• Basic computer and tablet proficiency
• A commitment to quality work and a solutions-focused mindset
• A valid driver's license and the ability to meet insurance requirements
• Must participate in a pre-hire background check and drug screen

Pay Range: $47,889.92 - $71,834.88 per year and the position is incentive eligible.
